Freda June Huff, 82, Nixa, died June 17, 2014 after a battle with cancer. She was born June 1, 1932, in Galena, Missouri, the daughter of Freddie E. and Cleo (Maples) Bradford. On December 11, 1951, she married Noble Junior Huff, a sailor boy from Chestnutridge and followed him to Norfolk, Virginia. Along with raising their two children, Dwayne and Linda, she enjoyed a working career at California Institution for Men, Chino, CA; Blansit Auction Company, Ozark; and Blansit Dairy Cattle Company, Ozark. June attended church at Nixa Assembly of God, enjoyed spending lots of time with family and friends, and enjoyed her home. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Noble Junior Huff; her brother, Walter Earl Bradford; and two sisters, Blanche Harris and Velta Waldrep. She is survived by her son, Larry Dwayne Huff (Sheryl) Springfield, MO; daughter, Linda (Larry) Stineburg, Nixa, MO; grandchildren, Jason (Andrea) Huff, Brian (Jen) Huff, Clint (Heather) Mease, Mary Beth (Justin) Wilkerson, Sherry Blankenship and Lori (Steve) Rae; great-grandchildren, Tyler Huff, Kaycee Huff, Devon Overall, Dax Huff, Maddi Huff, Tess (Garret) Hand, Emily Blankenship, Brianna Rae, Harrison Rae, Chandler Rae, Merrit Rae, and Wil, Jimmy and Grant Wilkerson. Also surviving June are her dear sisters and brother - Juanita (Everett) Barker, Eva (Jack) Scott, Faye Martin and Ted Bradford. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 23, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Healing River Worship Center, Walnut Shade, MO, with burial to follow at Schupbach Cemetery, Spokane, MO. Visitation will be Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 3 to 5 p.m. Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
