Frankie J. Zirkle went to meet with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 18, 2018. She was born on October 9, 1926 in Omaha, AR to Arlie and Winnie McGill. Frankie worked 28 years in banking. She then sold real estate for many years and loved every minute of it.

Frankie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Berl Zirkle.

Frankie adored her two sons, Gary Thater (Val) of Clever, and Dave Thater (Shareen) of Springfield. She had four grandchildren, Kayla Robison (Charlie) of Fairfax, VA, Ryan Thater of Clever, Daniel Thater of Joplin, and Emily Thater of Erfurt, Germany. She had one great-granddaughter, her precious Harper. Frankie also had many special friends including Pastor Nilene McKnight and Gordon Hayes.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, with a visitation from 5:00 PM until the time of service. Private burial will be held on a later date.

The family would like to thank our second family at Bradford Court Assisted Living in Nixa, where she called home for 8 years. They would also like to thank the incredible Intrepid Hospice Team, specifically Elizabeth, Pastor Bob, Tammy, Melissa, and Jessie.
