Frank E. Lorenz, Sr. passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2013 in Mercy Hospital. He was born in Harrison, Arkansas on November 1, 1941 to Lula Sara Ann Trammel and Harry John Lorenz. Frank attended high school at Hillcrest. He established Frank Lorenz Plumbing, Heating and Air in 1977 and operated it until his retirement. Frank was strong in his faith and religion, he touched many lives and had never met a stranger. He was a loving husband, father and "Papa". He enjoyed golfing and spending time at the lake. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Frank is survived by his loving wife and soulmate of 45 years, Barbara Lorenz; sons, Mark (Sandy) Lorenz and Frank (Stacey) Lorenz Jr.; daughters, Terri (Peter Shriver) Brazeal, Virginia (Jeff) Bailey and Beth Lorenz; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends. Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. May 8, 2013 at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. at the Church.
