Born in St. Joseph, MO on July 24, 1933, Faye Marie Loeb was a beautiful, sweet, spunky farm girl who met the love of her life after moving with her sister Bonnie to San Bernardino, CA. Faye and Richard married in 1956 and had three children. She loved to laugh and joke, she was a fierce and decorated tennis player, she loved spending time with her friends and family, she loved sports and was an avid MSU Bears fan, and she enjoyed managing her many real estate assets. Faye never knew a stranger. She was active in her parish, Holy Trinity Church, and she was involved in her children's many school and extracurricular activities throughout the years. Faye was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and friend, and was loved by everyone who knew her. Faye is preceded in death by her husband Richard, her two sons James Richard and Jeffrey Costain, her parents Everett and Marie Valentine Costin, her brother Richard Mumford, and her sisters Cleo Fern Wise and Bonnie Gardner.
