Evelyn Massey age, 78 of Nixa, MO. passed away at 6:38 p.m. Friday July 21, 2017 at Mercy Hospital. She started a family and a business, "D Ray Massey Insurance", with her high school sweet heart.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Massey and daughter Shannon Dean.

She is survived by her three grandchildren Chris, Savannah and Brandy Dean.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday July 25, 2017 at Aldersgate Methodist Church with the Reverend Dennis Miller officiating under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rivermonte Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday July 24, 2017 at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Aldersgate Methodist Church.
