Evelina McIntyre, 67, passed away peacefully December 9, 2013 in her home. She was born February 15, 1946 in Springfield. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert; sister, Donna Ford and her parents, William McKinley and Ollie Ford. Evelina is survived by her son, Ali and wife, Teresa of Brookings, SD; best friend, Shari Haney and granddaughter, Anna Haney of Springfield; brothers, Thomas Ford of California and Clifford Ford of Springfield. She served her community for many years by volunteering at Boyd and Berry schools. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11:00 am in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel with a visitation at 10:00 am. Private burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery.
