Erin Kathleen Voges, 44, Springfield, Missouri passed away Wednesday October 14, 2009 in Cox South after a long illness. She was born June 18, 1965 in Springfield, Missouri to Edward L. and Rebecca L. Voges. Erin was active in showing dogs. She was a member of the A.K.C. and more recently a member of the Springfield Transplant Support Group. Erin is preceded in death by her father Edward L. Voges. Erin is survived by her mother Rebecca "Becky" Voges, two brothers; a twin brother Ed Voges, and Eric Voges, his wife Diana, two sisters Elizabeth Voges, and Jennifer O'Connor, and husband Mark, maternal grandmother Frances Wrightsman, a dear friend Lisa Engelking and son Dustin and many relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1PM Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel, with Father Thomas Reidy, officiating. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7-9 PM Friday Oct 16, 2009 in the funeral home.
