Eddie C. Terrill, 64, of Fordland, Missouri passed away at 1:28 p.m. Monday, February 7, 2011 in St. John's Regional Health Center. Eddie was born March 15, 1946 in Fordland, Missouri and attended Fordland High School graduating in the Class of 1964. He attended St. John's School of Radiology in Springfield where he began his career of 45 years. Eddie was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched. He was a member of Union Hill Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ival and Jessie Terrill. Eddie is survived by his wife, Lynn of the home; a daughter, Sara Papen and husband, Matt of Fordland; two sons, Chris Terrill and wife, Amber of Battlefield and Jonathan Terrill of Fordland; a brother, Bobbie Terrill and wife, Susan of Springfield; two grandchildren, Zane and Troy. Funeral services will be Friday, February 11, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel with Steve Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Fordland Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3322 S. Campbell, St. P, Springfield, Missouri 65807.
