Duke Alan Smith, 73, Springfield, passed away suddenly March 19, 2025 in his home.

He was born January 1, 1952 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Stanley Lee and Suzanne Smith.

Duke was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Joyce Ann Smith, who passed away May 25, 2023.

He is survived by his sister, Lauren J. Sandifer and brother, Thomas L. Smith.

Private burial will be at a later date in Hazelwood Cemetery, alongside his parents.
