Duane Alan Powell, 64, of Springfield, MO, died on 10/13/2024.

He was born in Kansas City, Kansas in 1960 to Alvin and Betty Powell, and later relocated to Springfield. Duane attended Parkview High School before joining the Navy. He would later join the private sector mastering several trades including; construction, automobile fabrication, shoe repair and metal fabrication.

Duane was preceded in death by his father Alvin, and is survived by his devoted spouse Dana, mother Betty, sisters Sheryl and Leslie, his sons Darell and Richard and their spouses, Brandi and Deidre, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
