Dorothy L. Minscer, age 76, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 13, 2023, at Mercy Hospital. She was born March 12, 1947, in Ft. Collins, Colorado to Jack and Dorothy Sorensen.

She was married to Dale Minscer Jr. on December 23, 1991, in Reeds Spring, Missouri. She was an Interior Decorator.

Dorothy truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures: chatting with friends and family and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

She had been battling long-term cancer for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Dale, of Kimberling City, MO; brother James Sorensen and sister-in-law Linda, of Phoenix, AZ; daughter Yvonne (Berka) Love, of Dothan, AL; son John Berka and daughter-in-law Lucinda, of Olathe, KS; six grandkids, two great-grandkids, two nephews, and one niece.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 30 James River Rd, Kimberling City, MO.
