Dorothy LaVerne (Lilly) McKoy, 99 years of age, passed away at 9:30am on February 11th, 2021 at Cox South Hospital.

Dorothy was born December 9th, 1921 in Jasper, MO to Reva and Jewell Lilly. In 1952 she started her career as a Union Amalagamated Meat Cutters and Butchers Workmen of North America. Where she moved around the Midwest and West Coast until retiring in 1989 from UFCW. Upon retiring in 1989 she enjoyed square dancing, playing cards, competing in her Women's 500 Bowlers Club, and playing Bingo or going to the casino.

She is survived by her 3 daughters: Sandra Morrison, Rita Hensel, and Rhonda Ontiveros; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

We will all miss her feisty personality and great sense of humor. She never turned down a road trip or opportunity to play cards. She may be gone, but she'll never be forgotten.

A celebration of life will be held later in the summer for family and friends.
