Dora Allyne Presley, 86, passed away June 24, 2010, in the Magnolia Square Nursing Home, in Springfield, Mo. She was born in Higginsville, Mo., but lived the majority of her life with family and friends in Maplewood, Mo., St. Louis County. Dora was preceded in death by her infant son , Douglas; her parents, Foy and Ella Kirby; husband, Aubra; daughter, Janet Handley and sister, Mary Kaintz. She is survived by her son, Steve Presley and wife Jackie Coons Presley; former son-in-law, Robert Handley. Dora has four grandchildren, Gina Handley Wise, Sam Presley, Katie Handley Wright, Dan Presley; and four great grandchildren. A loving wife and dedicated mother, her whole life revolved around her family. A brief farewell will be held in Magnolia Square Nursing Home at 10:30a.m., Tuesday, June 29, 2010, 1502 W Edgewood St Springfield, MO 65807.
