Donna Park, 79, of Springfield, MO passed away on December 27, 2021, at Maranatha Village.

She was the eldest child of Donald and Marcella Thompson of Carthage, IL. After high school, she received her associate's degree at Ottumwa Heights College and went on to study at Black Hills State Teacher's College. There, she met Keith Park. Marrying in 1963, their union lasted 54 years until his death in 2017. They had five children, the two youngest passing soon after birth.

Donna was a beloved wife and mother. As a homemaker, she enjoyed decorating her beautiful home and hosting family and friends during holidays. Her love of antiques and book collecting was shared with her husband. She was an avid flower gardener, involved with the Lebanon Garden Club and was also active in the St. Francis Women's Council.

Donna was preceded in death by her loving husband, Keith, and their sons, Robert and Michael.  She is survived by her children: Cris Park (Don Thompson), Julia Swinger (Jeff) and Richard Park (Karen); grandchildren, Evan and Zane; and step-grandchild, Maya; as well as her sisters, Nancy Read (Bill) and Martha Rowe (Terry); and brother, Jeff Thompson.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A Funeral Mass and graveside service will be held for her at a later date at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lebanon, MO.
