Donna K. Cook was born July 27, 1947 to Dorothy E. (Chamberlin) and James M. "Pete" Henson. She departed this life on September 22, 2015. She is preceded in death by her father; brother, James Kenneth "Kenny" Henson; and son, Dr. R. Shane Cook. Donna is survived by her husband of 50 years, Roger D. Cook; daughter, Kelly E. Cook; daughter, Debbie Hopkins; surrogate son, Steven Baca; granddaughter, Madeline "Madie" Cook; her mother, Dorothy Henson; sister, Jane Harris and husband Carl; brother, Randy Henson and wife Bonnie; and numerous nieces, nephews and many, many beloved friends. Graveside Services will be Friday, September 25, 2015 at 10:00 am in Hazelwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8:00 pm in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
