Dicky Harper was born in Mattoon Illinois on July 7, 1952 to Joe and Ora Beck Harper.  He passed away on January 24, 2026.

Dicky was the youngest of eleven children and was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.  He is survived by his two sisters Beverly and Kay and his brother Mike along with many nieces and nephews.

Dicky started Stripes LTD in 1985 and took pride in the graphic work his company did for Springfield and the surrounding area First Responders, Ozarks Coca Cola and many other businesses in the area.  Dicky sold his business a few years ago and was looking forward to traveling, spending time with family, friends and searching for Bigfoot.  He always loved a good joke and never missed an opportunity to turn a stranger into a friend.  He is loved by many and will be missed.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Hazelwood Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri.
