Dennis Michael Partenheimer, 54, Springfield, MO passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013 in Mercy Hospital. He was born February 27, 1959 to Harry and Judith Ann Giancola Partenheimer in St. Louis, MO. Dennis graduated from High School in Pattonville, MO. He moved to Springfield to work for his father at Queen City Kitchens in 1978. He became permanently disabled after an accidental fall in 1985 just prior to his 26th birthday. Although wheelchair bound, he managed to enjoy life and spend time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Partenheimer and step-mother, Jamie Partenheimer. He is survived by his father Harry, Springfield; mother, Judith Ann Fortune, St. Louis; daughter, Kristen Leann Cantrell, Ozark, MO; brother, Jeffrey F. Partenheimer, Overland, MO; granddaughter, Madilyn Goodwin; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, November 29, 2013 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm in the Funeral Home. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 10:00am in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Burial will follow in Rivermonte Memorial Gardens.
