Delores Jean Welsh was born September 27, 1930 in Marked Tree, Arkansas. "Dee" passed away peacefully, February 27, 2010 at The Waterford in Springfield, MO She was married to Bill Stage in Paragould, Arkansas in 1947 and to this union three sons were born, Sam, Tom and David. Dee was in retail sales in Springfield after the death of her husband in 1964. She married Jesse W. Welsh, Jr in 1980. She was preceded in death by her first husband, her parents and three brothers. She is survived by her husband, three sons and their wives, two step-daughters, Debbie Shell and her husband Don and Marcie Morris. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. No formal visitation is planned. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Campbell United Methodist Church, 1747 E. Republic Rd., Springfield, MO 65804.
