She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Whittaker, mother, Marie Whittaker, and sister, Beth McCleery.

Debbie was a light to everyone who met her. She walked faithfully with the Lord all of her life. She was caring and considerate, always putting great thought into how she could bless her family and friends. She loved music and sang beautifully. She always had a song in her heart and you couldn't be around her without "catching" it. She was creative and had many hobbies such as cross stitch, scrapbooking, card making, quilting, etc. She even built her dream dollhouse, complete with handmade furnishings and light fixtures. Her favorite color was always pink and she collected bees of all kinds, often reminding us that Debra means "bee". She will be remembered in our hearts as a child of God and loving wife, mother, "Mamoo", sister, aunt, and friend.
