Guy David White, 82, of Fordland, MO passed away February 12, 2025 in Nixa, MO. He was born October 4, 1942 in Fordland, MO to Tilford and Golda White. David graduated from Fordland High School and retired from City Utilities after many, years, he was known there as "Doc". He was a member of James River Church in Ozark, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Phillips and son, Michael White.

David is survived by his daughters Jonna Haworth of Nixa and Krystal Kellogg and her husband, Justin Kellogg of Springfield. His grandchildren Ethan Haworth and his wife, Madison of Bolivar, Ashlyn Haworth of Springfield, Grace Yarnell and Keeley and Kingston Kellogg of Springfield.

Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 in Fordland Cemetery, Fordland, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Convoy of Hope.
