David Robert Huff, age 75, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away at 3:55 a.m. on July 9, 2026.
David loved the lake, the beach, people, animals, and the Dallas Cowboys. He never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard F. Huff and Mayme E. Huff, and his brother, Dan Huff.
He is survived by two brothers, Keith Huff and his wife, Pam, and Keith and Pam’s children, Katherine Brinkman and Liz Huff; brother, Jim Huff and Jim’s daughter, Sara Huff.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at The Manor at Elfindale for their compassionate care.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Hazelwood Cemetery.
An informal visitation will be held from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, Help Give Hope, or Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
