Daniel Earl Ingram, age 58, of Lafayette, Indiana passed away March 8, 2011 in I. U. Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Dan was born May 15, 1952 in Springfield, Missouri to Marjorie (Collison) Ingram and the late Harold Ingram. Dan was raised in Springfield and graduated from Parkview High School, the Class of 1970. He then graduated from Missouri State University. Dan was the General Manager of Fireworks Over America in Rensselaer, since 1989. He was a member of the University Heights Baptist Church and the Twin Oaks Country Club, both in Springfield. He was also a member of the Curtis Creek Country Club in Rensselaer. Dan belonged to the American Pyrotechnics Association and served as a board member of the Indiana Fireworks Distributors Association and the Indiana Fireworks Users Association. His first marriage was to Janie Sue Taylor who passed away after a lengthy illness on January 14, 2007. Dan is survived by his wife, Emma (Wheeldon) Ingram of Lafayette, Indiana; his mother, Marjorie Ingram; one brother, Michael Ingram and his wife Barbara; and one sister, Mary Ingram, all of Springfield, Mo.; a niece, Natalie Ingram; and nephew, Michael Ingram and his wife Jessica. Visitation will be held on Friday March 11, 2011 in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home in Springfield, Mo. from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Palmetto Cemetery in Rogersville, Mo. Visitation will also be held on Monday, March 14, 2011 in the Jackson Funeral Chapel of Rensselaer from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. CST with a Memorial service following.
