Dale H Wagner, age 76, passed away June 23, 2013 in Springfield, Missouri. He was born May 22, 1937 in Rural Fisher, MN. Dale spent 35 years working as a field engineer for the railroad before he retired. After he retired he grew a passion for gardening. He waited for the first day of planting, the first day of picking, and best of all the first day of enjoying. Some of his many accomplishments with gardening were his beautiful assortment of roses, delicious red and white potatoes, sweet peas, green beans, and much more. Dale was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Olga Wagner. Dale is survived by his wife Sharon of 53 years, his daughters Sheila Mata, and Michelle Stout and her husband Robert. Three grandchildren, Jeremy Stout, Justin Stout and his wife Samantha, and Alesha Scott and her husband Jeff. Three great-grandchildren Karlee Stout-Scott, Paityn Stout, and Annabelle Blanks-Fisher. One sister Etta McDonald, two brothers William Wagner and his wife Helen, and Roger Wagner and his wife Cheryl. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday June 26, 2013. Funeral service will be 7 p.m. Thursday June 27, 2013 at Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.
