Corazon Tabaldo Quibrantar, a beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Friend of so many, passed away peacefully on November 28th, 2024 at 5:15 PM Central Time. Corazon was born in Ilo-Ilo, Philippines on June 6th, 1937 and has spent the last several years living with her daughter in Springfield, Missouri.

As a young woman, Corazon attended school in Manilla Philippines learning the art and craft of Dressmaking and thereafter spent her life as a homemaker with complete devotion and great joy caring for her family. She always found a way to do and give whatever it took for the sake of her family. She was a wonderful seamstress and exercised her skill with love, sewing and creating countless dresses and clothing for so many people she loved. Throughout her life she was always with the strength to deal with whatever challenges came her way and even during difficult times found ways to smile, laugh and joke.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Rodulfo (Rudy) Develos Quibrantar, and her eldest son, Rodulfo (Bong) Quibrantar. She is survived by her five daughters, Maricel Riley, Marie-Cor Thero, Natalie Biclar, Maria Julie Abalo, Sahara Marie Carbajosa, and her son Gary Quibrantar. Corazon was blessed with 15 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren (so far!).

She made the world a better place and is forever within the hearts and thoughts of everyone that knew her.

Services for Corazon will be held in Santa Ana, Philippines in the near future, (date to be determined).
