Connie Jean Snyder age 58 of Springfield, MO passed away at 12:15 PM October 3, 2011 in her home. She was born in Sedalia, MO October 1, 1953 to Kenneth and Ida Belle Snyder. They moved to California in the 60s where she attended FIT College. She married and had Jonothon, then moved to New York City to attend the Lee Strasberg School for the Arts. She became a world traveler and a connoisseur of the arts which led her to open "Willies on Tenth" in New York City - just one of her many accomplishments. She was an actor, a commercial model, a poet, a published writer, a playwright, a producer and an extraordinary cook. With a passion for life, she never met a stranger and her million dollar smile lit up every room she entered. She had a love affair with Life. She was a member of the Screen Actors Guild She was preceded in death by Kenneth Snyder - father, Ida Belle Snyder - mother, Gary Snyder - brother. She is survived by; Jonothon Marquez - son, Mariana Marquez - daughter-in-law, Samuel Marquez - grandson, Camilla Marquez - grand daughter, Brad Snyder - brother, Betty Scranton Dolce - Aunt, Dolores Kimmell - Aunt, Norma Snyder - stepmother, Bryan Snyder - nephew, Jennifer Parraga - niece, Sophia Parraga - great niece, Dylan Snyder - nephew, Lauren Snyder - niece, Michelle Gladstone - sister, Karen Jennings - sister, Jacqueline Jennings - niece, Andrew Jennings - nephew, Jose Marquez - ex husband, John Ciezadlo - special friend and many, many beloved cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, October 7, 2011 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.
