On Wednesday, May 29, 2024, Connie J. Gulick passed away peacefully at home in the arms of her loving husband Jon Gulick.

A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Connie was a woman of faith with a big heart. She was always happy to serve her church and community.

Connie was born on February 4, 1940 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Arthur and Lucille Bowe. She was one of four sisters. She graduated from high school in Mason City, Iowa and worked as a hairdresser and instructor in Davenport and Eldridge, Iowa and in several office positions over her lifetime, including Campbell United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed volunteering at the church and was a skilled seamstress and artist. She was also an accomplished jewelry maker.

Connie was the loving mother of Randy and Julie. She was a devoted grandmother and great grandmother.

On February 23, 1985, she was united in marriage to Jon Gulick in Eldridge, Iowa. They spent many happy years together in Iowa and Missouri.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon Amant and daughter, Kelly Agapitos.

She is survived in death by her husband, Jon; daughter, Julie (Mike) Anderson; son, Randy (Adi) Agapitos; sister, Janice (Ralph) Decker; sister, Linda (Bob) Hess; grandchildren Joy (Jake) Schneckloth and Katy Worthen; great grandchildren Mila, Micah, Charleigh, Cain and Crew Worthen and Nash, Nora and Nyle Schneckloth as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life for family and friends will be at 11:00 AM on August 3, 2024 at Aldersgate Church, 460 Aldersgate Drive in Nixa. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Aldersgate Church.
