Clara Fuge Ross died December 31, 2013 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 95. Formerly a long-term resident of Springfield, Missouri, Mrs. Ross was born on November 27, 1918 in Wright County, Missouri, to James Albert and Irene Gilbert Fuge. Mrs. Ross was preceded in death by her brothers, Ralph Fuge and Howard Fuge; and her sister, Vera Fuge. Also preceding her in death was her husband of 64 years, Robert David Ross. Mrs. Ross is survived by her daughters, Nancy Ross Miller of Rockville, Maryland, and Linda Ross of Nashville. Also surviving are her grandsons, Nathan Miller of Germantown, Maryland, Sean Miller of Brooklyn, New York, and Bradley Miller of Columbia, Maryland; and great-grandsons Jackson and Nicholas Miller of Germantown, Maryland. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2013, in the Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. A visitation will also be on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
