Obituary
Clara Louis Patterson, 93, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Mercy Hospital. She was born to Eddie and Clara Johnson in Springfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Johnson and Clara Long; husband, Harold Patterson, Sr.; son, Richard A. Patterson and brother, Charles A. Johnson.
She is survived by her son, Harold Patterson, Jr. (Linnie) of Springfield; daughter, Jacquelene Patterson of Springfield, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, with Funeral Service following at 11:00 AM, at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home with Rev. David Jayne and Rev. Ben Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Hazelwood Cemetery.
