Christine "Christi" Fairchild, 50, Rogersville, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 in Cox Hospital South.

She was born January 8, 1970 in St. John's Hospital, Springfield, the daughter of Gene R. and Charlene Y. Wolfe.

She graduated from Blue Springs High School in 1988. She married Justin Fairchild on June 18, 2003.  She loved water and was an avid swimmer who won many championships on her High School swim team. She loved family and friends and her dog Zoey.

Christi was preceded in death by her mother, Charlene.

She is survived by her husband, Justin; father, Gene; and sisters, Gwen Bond and Cherie Alexander, both of Springfield, and Brenda Ritter, Edmond, OK.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2020 in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.  Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3645 South Ave, Springfield, MO 65807.
