Chivetta Lee (Middlemas) Hackler, 69, of Springfield, MO passed away at 2:56pm, March 14, 2016.

She was a member of Seminole Baptist Church where her mother and father were charter members.

Chivetta received an Associate degree as an LPN and worked at Burge Hospital in Springfield before moving to California.

She was preceded in death by her father, James W. Middlemas; mother, Dortha L. Middlemas; and brother, Robert E. Middlemas.

Chivetta is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Randall J. Hackler and Carina M. Hackler and their sons, Bradley J., Chadwin T. and Randall D. Hackler of Springfield, MO; daughter, Terri L. Weede and husband Todd H. Weede and their daughter, Alyssa L. Weede of Yucaipa, CA.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 10:00 am in White Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
