Psalm 30:5weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Charles Edward Williams was born December 20, 1920, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the son of Charles and Jessie (Haley) Williams and had one brother and one sister. While he was in the military, Charles was stationed in Europe and Africa. As a civilian he visited a number of locations including but not limited to Ontario, Canada; Detroit, Michigan; Nevada; Arkansas; Tennessee and Virginia. Charles always enjoyed returning to Springfield, Missouri for Park Day so that he could fellowship with his loved ones.
