Charles “Chuck” Edward Livieri, 88, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on August 2, 2026.

Chuck was born on July 2, 1938, in New Haven, Connecticut, to Ezio and Melissa Livieri. His passion for sports began at an early age and led him to play football at the University of Kansas. He later proudly served his country in the United States Armed Forces.

Chuck met the love of his life, Karen Wunsch, in Florida. They were married for 61 wonderful years and began their life together in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where they welcomed their two daughters, Dana and Tera.

The family later relocated to Springfield, Missouri, where Chuck built a successful career in real estate. Throughout his career, he held several leadership positions, including serving as President of the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors. He was well respected in his profession and valued for his integrity and dedication.

Outside of work, Chuck enjoyed golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family. He especially treasured the moments shared with his grandchildren.

Chuck is survived by his beloved wife, Karen; his daughters, Dana Livieri and Tera (Ted) Johnson; his grandchildren, Spencer (Sarah) Johnson; Lauren (Allan) Kramer; and Easton Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Chuck’s family will remember him as a loving husband, devoted father, proud grandfather, and loyal friend. His strength, kindness, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In accordance with Chuck’s wishes, no visitation or service will be held.
