Charlene Eaton, loved wife and mother, went to heaven on Saturday, March 29, 2014. Charlene was born to Helen and Charles Venator on Feb. 12, 1944. Charlene married Jerry Eaton on Dec. 12, 1970. They had two children, Jennifer and Jeffrey. Charlene also had three grandchildren whom she loved dearly; Addiline, Boston, and Sapphire. Charlene was an elementary teacher in St. Louis, Arkansas, and Springfield. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Charlene loved the kids she worked with and enjoyed her job. Charlene is watching over her family; a sister, brother, nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends. Charlene was the most caring person, always willing to do anything for anyone. She always wore a smile and put her family first. We will all miss her so much, but are so thankful she is at peace. Thank you for always loving us unconditionally. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 1, at 12:30 pm at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
