Carolyn Ruth Stalnaker, age 74, of Springfield, Missouri passed away July 1, 2022.

She was born on August 21, 1947, the daughter of Afton Wesley and Freeda Alice (Rovenstine) Apperson. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Michael Steven Stalnaker, on June 23, 1973.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother-in-law; James Stalnaker.

She is survived by brother-in-law, Jeff Stalnaker; sisters-in-law Kathy Lynn Stalnaker and Mary Ann Stalnaker and niece Tammy Stalnaker.

Graveside Service will be held Monday, July 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM in Rivermonte Memorial Gardens with The Reverend Darrell Mead officiating under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
