Carolyn Jean Morey age 91 of Springfield, Missouri passed away at 10:36pm. May 3 ^rd at Quail Creek nursing facility.

She was born in Edmond, Oklahoma on September 7 ^th 1930. Carolyn was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri.

After her retirement from the French's Corporation she enjoyed needlework and making delicious candies. Her greatest treasure was spending time with her family and friends.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Rollie and Ida Mae Moore and her husband John Dothage and late husband Dwayne Morey. She is survived by her two sons: Richard Dale Dothage and wife Connie Dothage of Mount Vernon, Missouri and Robert Lee Dothage and wife Joy Dothage of Tin Town, Missouri.

Carolyn had a host of grandchildren: Carey Adams, (Husband, Matt Adams,) John Robert Dothage, (Wife) Jennifer Dothage, Jennifer Vandegrift, (Husband, Kirk Vandegrift,) Alisya Zaitceva, (Husband, Andre Zaitceva,) Sergei Dothage (Wife, Elaine Dothage) and Rita Dothage. Her great grand children are Alexis Adams, Taylor Vandegrift, Wade Adams, Caden Vandegrift, Eva Zaitceva, Payton Dothage and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 20th, at 2pm at Rivermonte Memorial Gardens . Online condolences may be shared at Gorman Scharpf@att.net
