Carolyn K. Johnson, 75, Nixa, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 in her home.  She was born June 24, 1942 in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of Kenneth and Catherine Coggeshall.  Carolyn was a member of Nixa First Assembly of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Johnson.

Carolyn is survived by her children, Cathy Castillo, Stewart Carter III and Sharon K. Walker; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Maryhurst Family Treatment Homes, c/o Liz Nickley, 1015 Dorsey Lane Louisville, KY 40223-2612.
