Carleta Earnhart, 87, Springfield, passed away at 6:00 a.m. Friday, August 11, 2023 in her home.  She was the daughter of Carl and Bessie (Glass) Ipock.

She was born May 26, 1936 in Wright County, moving to Springfield as a young child.

She was a member of Rogersville Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Earnest Ipock and Evans Ipock; and sister, Wynona Ipock Roots.

She is survived by her loving husband, Harold Earnhart; sons, Wesley (Ronda) Earnhart and Bruce (Jane) Earnhart; daughter, Terry Earnhart; grandchildren, Brandi Earnhart, Lesley McGuire, Kevin Earnhart and Connor Earnhart; and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 21, 2023 in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
