Brian Lee Starks, 56, of Springfield, passed away July 4, 2022. He was born July 5, 1965 to Juan Othello Starks, Sr. and Loyce Mae Grant Starks.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Johnny C. and Mary G. Adams Starks and maternal grandparents Lee and Doris B. Grant.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Starks of Springfield; children Caylen Starks and Darnell Starks of Springfield and Clarise Starks and Cloie Starks of St. Joseph, MO; parents; siblings La Juanna Clarise Starks-Darby (Glen) of Springfield, Denise Chrisell Starks-Smith of Springfield, Juan Othello Starks, Jr. of Springifeld and Edward Douglas Grant Starks of Springfield; nieces and nephews Jasmine Darby, Jeremy Darby, Aston Smith, Dorien Smith, Aleena Tafe-Seve, Dante' Starks, Ciara Veirs and Kelsey Veirs and many other close family and friends.

We will forever miss him until the Lord brings us together again.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM.
