Bonnie Archer, born November 5, 1942 passed away Sunday July 15, 2012. She was born in New Jersey and raised in Minnesota. Bonnie was married in 1963 to Al Archer in Las Vegas, Nevada, where they lived for thirty-one years. Al retired from the Las Vegas Police Department and in 1994 they moved to the Ozarks, what Bonnie called paradise. She loved her life with Al and she loved animals, the ocean, sad songs, country music jam sessions and chocolate. Bonnie wanted no visitation or funeral. Cremation was prearranged through Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery near Lake Springfield, with Al, who preceded her in death on January 7, 2008. She asks that her special friends sing a song for her and remember her only with smiles.
