Bobbie Kathryn (Bookout) Cochran, 99 of Springfield passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Mercy Hospital.

She was born January 31, 1924 in Springfield to George W. and Georgia (Denney) Bookout.

Bobbie married Donald D. Cochran on December 31, 1963.

She was a member of Eastern Star, Queen City Chapter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sisters, Iva Bookout, Lois Lockey and Gladys Tanner; daughter, Patricia Holt and husband, Barry; grandson, Matthew Coy Beard and many beloved pets.

Bobbie is survived by her daughter, Jaretta Edmonson Beard; granddaughter-in-law, Angie Fellers-Beard; great-granddaughter, Victoria Beard Eiken and husband, Trent; grandsons, Todd B Holt and wife, Terri; great-grandsons, Clark and Harper, Jon Holt and wife, Nana, and Ty.

Memorial services will be Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 10:30 am at Gorman Scharpf Funeral Home with a visitation starting at 10:00 am.
