Beulah Belle Rhoads, age 89, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Monday, October 24, 2011 at 5:15 a.m. in James River Care Center. She was born to Thomas Andrew Collins and Minnie (Worel) Collins on February 10, 1922 in Fulton County, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents; her eight siblings, Olis, Elijah, Wylie, Commodore, T.A., Pleasant, Audrey and Doris; and her daughter, Barbara Jane Gold. She is survived by her husband, Troy of 66 years; son, Bobby Wayne Rhoads and wife Christy; brother, Doyle Collins and wife Charlene; five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel, 1947 E. Seminole, Springfield, MO 65804. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. in Missouri Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Seasons Hospice, 1831 W.
