Beulah Cahoon, age 88, of Springfield, MO passed away at 4:30 AM, Monday, March 23, 2026, at Cox South Emergency Room. 

Her hobbies included bowling and square dancing. She was a collector of lighthouses, thimbles, gnomes, and Indians. Beulah was a lover of baseball, reading, love stories, garage sales, farmers markets, and festivals. 

She worked as a nurse assistant most of her life. She was also a security guard and a taxi driver. 

Beulah was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Florence Metzger; brothers, Bruce A. Metzger and Charles H. Metzger; son, Jimmy D. Turner; and grandson, Justin Terrill. 

She is survived by daughter, Veronica Terrill, of Springfield, MO; sons, S. Keith Turner, of Virginia, Jeffery Turner, of Kansas, Kenneth Turner, of Florida, and Danny Turner, of Louisiana; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home.
