Betty Louise Wilson, 89 of Springfield passed away at 9:36 am Friday, January 6, 2017 in Cox Hospital South.

She was born to Hubert and Mary Wilson Hutcheson on November 10, 1927 in Bentonville, AR.

She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joe Hutcheson.

Betty is survived by her husband, Jack E. Wilson of the home; a daughter, Vicki Hill and husband, Pete of Gentry, AR; a son, Kevin Wilson of Springfield; a granddaughter, Jodi Ashworth and husband, Daniel; three great-grandchildren, Jake, Maddie and Sophie Ashworth all of Springfield.

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 2:30 pm in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel with burial to follow in Hazelwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm in the funeral home.
