Betty Cousins, daughter of Burnice and Gladys Boswell, died on July 25, 2025. She was born in Monark Springs, Missouri on August 2, 1925.

She married Myron Cousins on January 2, 1946. They had two children. Betty and Myron spent many summers fishing in Canada and wintered in Las Vegas. Betty worked for the Springfield School District for many years in the food system. After retirement, she volunteered for many hours.

She was preceded in death by her only son, Steve; her only grandson, Cameron and her husband, Myron.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Pam.

Betty was first and foremost a mom. She is now reunited with the majority of her family.

Graveside Services will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 in Holland Cemetery on Hwy 125 in Rogersville, under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
