Betty J. Bischoff, 78, Springfield, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010 in her home. She was born March 27, 1931, the daughter of Lee and Lillie Fair Roberts. She attended Springfield schools and married her high school sweetheart, Leon Bischoff in 1948. She was a realtor with Charles Tillman Realty. Betty was active in Holland School PTA and was a member of University Heights Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Steven; two sisters and three brothers-in-law. She is survived by her husband Leon; two daughters, Brenda (Robert) Michaels, Rogersville and Cathie Glover, Springdale, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Jeffrey and Scott Sage and Josh and Kylie Glover; three great grandchildren and a brother, Harold Roberts, Cocker City, Kansas. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am, Friday, February 19, 2010 in Eastlawn Cemetery under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.
