Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend Barbara Jean (Jackson) Salley passed away unexpectedly on May 5, 2022 at the age of 71.

Barbara was born on May 30, 1950 in Lubbock, TX to Robert and Mildred Jackson.

Barbara loved spending time with her family, especially her three grandsons, and also enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening, playing cards and going out to eat.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 45 years, Robert Lewis Salley, Sr.

She is survived by her son, Robert Lewis Salley, Jr. (Shelly); three precious grandsons, Joshua Salley (fiancée Toni), Kaleb Salley and Kyle Salley; great granddaughter Jaydalynn Salley; brother, Bobby Wayne Jackson of Amarillo, TX; two sisters-in-law, Julie Gibson and Jennifer Welch and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Monday, May 9, 2022 at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 10, also at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rivermonte Memorial Gardens.
