Archie Lee Breighner, age 83, passed away on the morning of December 12, 2016.  He was a resident of the Missouri Veterans Home, Mt. Vernon, MO and was formerly of Springfield, MO.  He was born November 7, 1933 in Clinton, Dewitt County, Illinois to Harry Daniel Breighner and Doris E. Sprague.

He was married to Doris G. Tucker on May 29, 1959, who preceded him in passing.

He is survived by his children, Tammy Breighner, Tanya and Pat Phillips, Terrel and Tammie Breighner; grandson, Josh Alford; brothers and sisters, Harry Breighner, Diana and Ralph Simmons, Carol Parker, Gentry and Linda Sue Tucker; and a host of nieces and nephews.

No services are planned.  Interment will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
