Antonette V. Kafer 91, Springfield, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2009, in her home. She was born May 24, 1918, in Saint Paul, Minn., to Isaac and Josephine Fischer. Antonette was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, West Saint Paul, Minnesota, and Zion Lutheran Church Springfield, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Leonard, Victor, Frank and James; four sisters, Jeannette, Clara, Lillian and Lucille. Antonette is survived by her husband, Otto Kafer; a sister, Peryl Orrill, both of Springfield, Mo.; and numerous extended family members. Services will be held at a later date in Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville, Minn. Arrangements are under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.
