Angela Kay Crouch, 58, of Springfield passed away at 6:03 p.m. January 11, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She worked at Mercy Hospital for 29 years. Angela loved music, singing and playing piano. She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Robert Horn; brother, Robert Ray; great-aunt, Florence Kinloch; aunt, Pat Horn; and friend, JoAnn Owen; Angela is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Sally and David Doyle; grandchildren, Zane and Ariana Doyle; brother and sister-in-law, William and Karen Horn; nephews, Matthew and Daniel Horn; aunt, Sarah Cassidy; great-uncle, Eugene Nelson; uncle and aunt, Carl and Vernetta Nelson; cousins, Ryan, Brant, Becca, Jonathan and their families; and numerous friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
