Angel Rena Adams was born on October 31, 1969.  She passed away on October 16, 2019, at her home. Angel was the only daughter of Danny and Shirley Adams. She was preceded in death by her mother and her brother (Mark Adams).

She attended Springfield Public Schools.  Once in high school, she played basketball on one of the best teams at Central High School before graduating in 1987. Not long after high school, Angel moved to Atlanta where she lived for many years before returning to Springfield.

With such an outgoing personality, she never met a stranger (she got that from her mom).  She greeted everyone with a smile and huge dimples that lit up the room. The family would always say she either looked like her mom or like her dad, depending on her mood.  Angel worked at Olive Garden for quite some time and was there until her passing.  She formed some lasting family-friendships with her co-workers.

Angel leaves to cherish her memory, a spouse; Diana, four step-children; Airiana, Quentarah, Willie and X-zander; her father, Danny Adams; her brother Danny M. Adams (Laura); half-sister Tomeshia Hord and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who all loved and will truly miss her dearly.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Weller Community Church, 1624 East Blaine Street, Springfield, MO 65803.
